How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who contacts Harmthat Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to make a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Harmthat Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know that Harmthat Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.
How to File a Complaint
Email contact@harmthat.lat and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short note on what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write to Us
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
