How Our Network Works

Who You Will Talk To
A lot of people picture a big company with a crew showing up. In practice, it works differently here. Harmthat Concrete is a referral service. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider is the one who talks with you, visits your property and does the work.
What Happens After You Reach Out
It is simple.
- You share your project, such as a new driveway, a stamped surface or a patio.
- We match you with a local provider who handles that work.
- The provider contacts you to talk details and set up a look at the site.
- You get a written quote to review.
Timing depends on the provider and the season, so nothing is promised up front.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Good questions make for good projects. Try these:
- How will you prepare the base, and what slope will you set for drainage?
- Where will joints go, and why?
- What thickness and mix do you suggest for my use?
- How do you handle heavy rain during a pour?
- Is sealing part of the quote? How often should I reseal?
- What licenses or registrations do you hold?
- If you see slab movement near the house, would you bring in foundation repair experts first?
You Stay in Control
Requesting an estimate does not lock you in. You can compare quotes, ask follow-up questions and say no. Costs vary a lot by job, so always get the details in writing before you agree to anything.
